The Milwauke Bucks endured the worst season in franchise history at 15-67, giving them the best chance at winning the NBA Draft Lottery Tuesday night but the lucky Cleveland Cavaliers landed the top overall pick. The Cavs had only a 1.7% chance of winning the lottery but captured the top choice for the third time in four years. The Bucks will settle for the number two overall pick in the NBA draft next month. The Philadelphia 76ers will pick third.
