MIDDLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Two police officers were injured when they tried arresting a man who was refused alcohol at a bar in Middleton.
Police said employees at the Mid Town Pub told the man he had enough to drink -- and he reacted by pushing employees and other customers, and flipping tables over. He then drove away.
Employees got his license number and called police. When they stopped him, officials said he struck one officer in the face, and hurt another while resisting arrest.
Police said they booked the suspect into the Dane County Jail on numerous possible charges that include battery to a police officer.
