The Green Bay Packers made it official Wednesday, announcing the re-signing of running back James Starks. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed by the team but it's believed to be a two year contract. Starks has been plagued by injuries during his 4 year career but after missing a couple of early games, proved to be a dependable compliment to the NFL's offensive rookie of the year Eddie Lacy. In 13 games, Starks rushed for 493 yards, averaging 5.5 yards per carry.
