RACINE, WI (WTAQ) - A Racine man will spend time in prison for his role in a triple homicide in 2005.
32-year-old Demetrus Ozier was convicted on two counts of being a party to first-degree intentional homicide, and 4 counts to being a party to attempted intentional homicide.
Authorities say the killings were over a dice game at a bar.
Family members of Ozier claim he’s wrongfully convicted and will appeal.
His sentencing is scheduled for October 16.
