Forecasters expect the river to go over its banks by Friday morning, cresting at 12.1 feet by Friday night. Minor flooding is predicted.
The Weather Service expects thunderstorms to move into Wisconsin by Monday night, with occasional rain and storms all week. Some storms may be severe, but no such watches or warnings were posted as of late morning.
