Brewers rout Padres

Kyle Lohse was welcomed back to the Milwaukee Brewers rotation with healthy offensive support as the Crew routed the Padres in San Diego 10-1 Monday night.  Lohse missed one start with a slight ankle sprain and while he was a bit shaky early, leaving the bases loaded and issuing a cople of walks while giving up a run in the second, his teammates picked him up in a big way.  The Brewers pounded out 16 hits with Aramis Ramirez and Ryan Braun hitting home runs and Gerrardo Parra driving in three.  Milwaukee scored in six of the nine innings.  Lohse (12-7) worked six innings for the victory.  Braun had to leave the game in the 7th with a mild quad contusion.  He was involved in a colission at first base beating out an infield hit in the first inning but said after the game it didn't appear serious.  The Brewers needed the victory to remain  a game and a half in front of St. Louis which defeated Pittsburgh 3-2.  Milwaukee (73-58) will send Jimmy Nelson to the mound in game two of the series at Petco Park against Padres ace Tyson Ross.  Pregame coveage begins at 8:35 PM on WTAQ.
