GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The Lambeau Field Atrium will open its doors Saturday for the 21st annual Packers Pro Shop Tent Sale.
"It's a great opportunity to get great prices on Packers items and it's kind of grown into the big, fun event," says Packers Director of Retail Operations Kate Hogan. "Discounts are anywhere from about 50 to 75 percent. We have about 25,000 units of merchandise to sell."
Team officials say the sale is happening earlier than in previous years, due to the construction at Lambeau Field and the work that the Pro Shop team must complete in preparation for the new store. The new Pro Shop is scheduled to open this summer.
The sale will feature the traditional mix of Pro Shop items and other special purchases, like team apparel no longer in use. Some items are practice-worn gear not normally available in the Pro Shop.
If you're planning to head to Lambeau Field, you should enter the Atrium through the Oneida Nation Gate. Parking is available in the lot on Lambeau Field's east side near the Oneida Nation Gate, which can be accessed only off Lombardi Avenue due to construction on Oneida Street.
The Packers Pro Shop Tent Sale runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
