MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) - Menasha police say a preliminary search of a home turned up no explosives.
Authorities were first called to the home in the 300 block of Lisbon Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. A neighbor reported hearing shots fired at the home.
All five people living inside the home was evacuated by police. A 44-year-old woman is currently detained by law enforcement.
The Brown-Outagamie County Bomb Squad and SWAT team were among the agencies called to the scene.
This afternoon, law enforcement will conduct a further search of the home.
Some nearby homes had to be evacuated. Those residents have now been allowed back in their homes.
The incident also caused Menasha High School to have a closed campus for the day.
