GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) - Authorities say one person is dead in an early morning crash in Grand Chute Monday.

Grand Chute police say the crash happened on Highway 41 near Capitol Drive. 

Police say the 31-year-old male driver left the road north of Capitol and crashed through a fence along Highway 41, continuing across Rifle Range Road and hitting a snow bank.

The accident closed that stretch of Highway 41 for several hours Monday morning.

Grand Chute Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call them at (920) 832-1575.
