Cullen Jenkins won't be returning to the Green Bay Packers.  Jenkins left the Pack after the 2010 season, signing a free agent contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.  He started all 32 games over the past two seasons in Philly before getting released.   He said he was open to returning to Green Bay but instead, agreed on a three year, eight million dollar contract with the New York Giants.  Three million dollars will be guaranteed.
