APPLETON, WI (WSAU) - A Minnesota woman is being held on a $1 million bond after being charged in an Appleton Wisconsin murder. 34-year-old Kandi Siveny of St. Paul is one of three women charged with the 2007 murder of Lara Plamann. Siveny made an initial appearance in Outagamie County court Friday.
The criminal complaint says Kandi Siveny shot the 30-year-old Plamann for her mother Dianna Siveny. Fifty-three-year-old Dianna Siveny of Appleton and her daughter are accused of hiring 38-year-old Rosie Campbell to kill Plamann. Campbell decided not to carry out the deed. All three now face first-degree homicide charges, and are being held in the Outagamie County jail.
Campbell is scheduled to make her first court appearance Monday.
