BERLIN, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Berlin are investigating after a man was allegedly attacked and had his wallet stolen.

Police say it happened in the 100 block of West Liberty Street around 12:15 a.m. Monday.

The victim told police he was walking when he was approached by four men and assaulted.

Police aren’t saying how much cash was stolen, but are searching for two men.

One of the suspects is described as an approximately 23-year-old white man with a tall slender build and blond hair. The man also had a pierced left ear and nose.

A second suspect is described as a white man who is approximately 5’5” tall with brown hair and a facial tattoo (possibly of a female face).

Police say two other men were with the group, but they didn’t attack the victim.

The victim told police that he heard one of the four calling another by the name of Dylan.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Berlin Police Department at (920) 361-2121.
