Green Bay freshman forward Jordan Fouse was named the Horizon League newcomer of the week.  In a pair of victories over Youngstown State and Cleveland State, Fouse averaged 14.5 points and 9.5 rebounds a game.   The freshman from Racine leads all Horizon League first year players in rebounds, blocked shots and steals.   Green Bay (10-9, 4-2) travels to league leading Valparaiso on Wednesday night.
