Fabian Zanzi became the third masseur to sue Travolta over sex claims in as many months last June (12) when he alleged the actor had dropped his robe and exposed himself during a neck massage session in 2009.

The Royal Caribbean staffer went on to suggest that the Grease star had forcefully embraced him and then tried to buy his silence over the incident, but Travolta's legal representative vehemently denied the claims and accused Zanzi of lying about the encounter.

And on Monday (04Feb13) Zanzi voluntarily withdrew the suit and signed a legal document preventing him from refiling the case, according to the New York Daily News.

The two other male masseurs, who claimed Travolta had acted inappropriately, dismissed their cases last year (12).
