CHICAGO (WTAQ) - Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers' 48-yard touchdown toss to receiver Randall Cobb on fourth down with 38 seconds left put the Packers into the playoffs with a 33-28 win over the Chicago Bears Sunday.
A wild game saw five lead changes, controversial calls and a sloppy surface at Soldier Field. Rodgers, who returned after missing seven weeks with a fractured collarbone, finished the day 25-of-39 for 318 yards with two touchdowns and 2 interceptions.
Receiver Jordy Nelson had a big day, with 10 catches for 161 yards.
The Packers (8-7-1) won their 3rd straight NFC North Division title and have made the playoffs for the fifth consecutive season. They will host the San Francisco 49ers next weekend in the NFC Wild Card round.
The Bears finish the season 8-8, and have missed out on the playoffs in six of the last seven years.
