Whitewater will play at Mary Hardin-Baylor tomorrow

(WNFL) - U-W Whitewater will play at Mary Hardin-Baylor tomorrow in the semi-finals of the N-C-A-A Division-Three football playoffs.  Both teams are 13-and-0, as they play in Belton Texas for a trip to Salem Virginia next weekend in the D-Three title game.  Mary Hardin-Baylor is are ranked third, after the Crusaders crushed Saint John Fisher 45-to-23 in last weekend’s quarter-finals.  The Warhawks are ranked fifth, after a 28-17 home victory over Linfield of Oregon last Saturday.  Both the ‘Hawks and Crusaders have played in eight D-Three semi-finals.  Whitewater is 7-and-1 in those games.  Mary Hardin-Baylor is 1-and-7.  The Warhawks are 4-and-0 lifetime against the Crusaders, including two national semi-final victories in 2007-and-’08.  Tomorrow’s game starts at 2:30 on the E-S-P-N-Three Web site.  The winner will play either Mount Union or North Central of suburban Chicago in next Friday night’s Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl in Salem.
