The Green Bay Gamblers were on the brink of taking a commanding two games to none lead in their best of five Clark Cup opening round series against Youngstown. Goals from Alex Kile and Nick Schmaltz gave Green Bay a 2-1 lead heading into the third period. But in a matter of five minutes, the Phantoms got even and went ahead on a power play goal. They tacked on a third goal to win 4-2. The series is now even at 1 with game three in Youngstown Saturday night. Game four will be Sunday and if the series goes the limit, game five will be back at the Resch Center next Tuesday night.
