GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - More than 30 people were displaced late Wednesday afternoon after an apartment fire tore through the top floor on the building.
Green Bay Fire Department got a call just before 5 p.m. to the 2600 block of Trojan Drive.
The three-story building was evacuated as crews battled a fire on the top floor and in the attic.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation but officials believe the fire was sparked by a bathroom fan that shorted out.
Battalion Chief Ed Jarosz says the fire caused an estimated $75,000 in damages.
