LA CROSSE, Wis (WSAU) - Governor Scott Walker will host a summit for small business owners next month in La Crosse.
Walker will be joined by Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch and state agencies which are involved in job creation. Small business owners, entrepreneurs and innovators can start registering now by going online to WHEDA's website.
Walker says the goal of the summit is to improve the relationship Wisconsin small business operators have with state government. Members of Walker’s cabinet will attend. The first such summit was held last year in Green Bay.
The deadline to register for the gathering at the La Crosse Center is November 1st.
