OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - The Oshkosh woman charged with driving drunk and killing a pedestrian with her car will stand trial.

45-year-old Tina Trepanier had her preliminary hearing in court Monday.

Authorities say Trepanier was drunk when she struck Gina Micheln last month. Witnesses say a second vehicle then hit Micheln after the initial crash. Police are still looking for that second vehicle.

Trepanier is facing three felony charges and is due back in court October 22.
