GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The 23^rd Annual Give A Kid A Book campaign in Brown County is kicking off this week. 

The charitable campaign relies on donations and has a goal of putting a book in the hands of 6,000 kids in the county every Christmas. 

Last year was a disappointed, they only received donations for around 2,000 books. But new efforts are looking to make sure they don’t come up short again.  They are reaching out to more corporate sponsors and adding more donations sites.
