DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) -DePere police are releasing the transcripts of last Friday's fateful 911 call from a father and husband who just shot to death his wife and two kids. Denis Bay called 911 around 3 p.m. to tell police he just shot his family, and he was going to shoot himself. He gives details to Brown County dispatchers of where his dead family could be home on South Erie Street, and that it was unlocked. He also wanted to a leave phone number to contact his wife Michele’s sister. The dispatcher asks a serious of questions trying to keep Denis on the phone, inquiring about his kids, and his wife. She asks what made him do this, and he replied it’s complicated, and didn’t want to get into it. Denis later says his wife first kicked him out, takes him back, and then kicks him out again. After the dispatcher pleas to keep him on the phone, Denis says he doesn’t want to go to prison. DePere Police say dispatchers then heard a “pop” in the back ground, and Denis no longer responded.
