OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - An Oshkosh man is scheduled to be sentenced January 31st, after a jury found him guilty of providing the heroin that killed a man from Winneconne.
32-year-old Jason Van Dyke was charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the death of 25-year-old Cole Trittin in April of last year.
A man told investigators that Van Dyke got scared, after the heroin he gave Trittin and another man turned out to be stronger than they expected.
