Not that long ago, the Milwaukee Brewers had an issue with giving up runs in the 9th inning, now they're having a problem with the first inning. The Colorado Rockies tagged Randy Wolf for four runs in their first at bat on their way to an 8-6 victory at Coors Field Tuesday night. Wolf wound up lasting five innings, giving up six runs on 10 hits. His record falls to 3-9 and his ERA swelled to 5.60. The Brewers tried to rally, Martin Maldanado hit a solo home run but Eric Young laced a 425 foot line drive with a man aboard off Jose Veras in the 6th to make it 8-2. MIlwaukee loaded the bases in the 8th with one out but Ryan Braun struck out swining and Aramis Ramirez got caught looking. The Brewers scored three consolation runs in the 9th with Maldanado delivering an RBI double. The Brewers will try and avoid the sweep sending Mark Rogers to the mound Wednesday afternoon.
