MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) - A man is dead following a rollover crash late Sunday night in Manitowoc County.

Authorities say the call went out a little before midnight to County Road R, just south of Schley Road, in the Town of Cooperstown.

The driver, 35-year-old Stephen St. Peter of Maribel, was headed south on County R when he went off the road, going into the west ditch. The SUV flipped over and landed against some trees.

St. Peter was thrown from the SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say St. Peter was not wearing a seat belt. They are still working to find out whether alcohol was a factor in the crash.
