When the Packers meet the Chargers in San Diego on Thursday night, they will be a part of NFL history. Shannon Eastin will be on the replacement officiating crew and thus become the first woman to referee an NFL game. The league is stuck in negotiations with its officials and is training replacement referees to work the pre-season and possibly, regular season games. Eastin has worked the last several years in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
