DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A year long investigation has resulted in Federal drug charges being filed against 27 people, most residing in the Twin Ports. According to the indictment, the defendants conspired to distribute narcotics including oxycodone and heroin. Search warrants were executed at nine properties where agents seized narcotics, firearms and about 30 thousand dollars in cash.
