GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Joyce Reed appeared in Brown County court Wednesday where she was formally charged with a beating and abduction on Green Bay's east side.
The 26-year-old is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide, kidnapping and armed robbery.
Authorities say Reed and 3 others beat, stabbed and abducted James Office last week. Witnesses near the Day Street home say a group of people forced Office into the trunk of a vehicle and drove off.
Eventually the suspects dumped a severely beaten Office near a whitewater rafting rental area north of Keshena, authorities say.
Police continue the search for one man still on the loose. 26-year-old Peter Hawpetoss is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the Green Bay Police Department at (920) 448-3205.
