GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - One of the men convicted of killing Green Bay paper mill worker Tom Monfils has gone before a parole board. No decision has been made yet on Rey Moore. Moore, along with 5 others, were convicted in the 1992 murder. It could take weeks for a decision to come. A hearing for Michael Hirn was held earlier this month.
