OSHKOSH, Wis. (WTAQ) - An Oshkosh couple charged with killing a woman for drugs pled not guilty to those charges Friday. Prosecutors say Donald Martin and Samantha Rew worked together to murder Emily Wayman at her apartment in April.
A criminal complaint says all 3 went to Milwaukee to buy OxyContin, but when they got back to Wayman's apartment, Martin attacked Wayman, while Rew searched for drugs. Both are due back in court in September.
