GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Rescuers were called to the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District Facility on Quincy Street Wednesday, to pull someone out who fell into a treatment basin.
It happened just after 1 p.m., when workers were repairing the basin.
Firefighters inserted a long ladder into the icy water and the man climbed out. His condition is unknown at this time.
