MARATHON, Wis (WSAU) A 26-year-old from Marathon City faces jail time if he's convicted of a fifth O-W-I.
Apolonio Bailon-Roman was arrested at 11pm Saturday night after other drivers called police about a car traveling on the wrong side of the road.
Roman said he'd had 4 or 5 drinks when officers arrested him. A police report says his blood-alcohol level was nearly three-times the legal limit.
He's being held in the Marathon County jail on 5-thousand dollars bond. He'll face up to six years in prison if convicted.
