The Packers have given Charles Woodson a new contract extension, keeping the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year under contract through 2014. Woodson joined the Packers as an unrestricted free agent from the Oakland Raiders in 2006. Last year, he led the team with 9 interceptions and 4 forced fumbles and eclipsed the franchise record with 8 career defensive touchdowns. His original 5 year deal was set to expire after the 2011 season. We caught up with Charles after practice on Thursday and here's what he had to say:
