It's almost a certainty that the season has ended for both middle linebacker Nick Barnett and tight end Jermichael Finley. Packers team physician Dr. Patrick McKenzie operated on Finley's knee Tuesday and found more significant damage than originally thought. A conservative rehabilitation estimate was lengthened to 8-10 weeks, a similar result for Barnett after his wrist surgery this morning. Even out months from today leaves only three regular season games and the team is now contemplating the inevitable, placing both on season ending injured reserve.
