The Packers had five players named to the NFC Pro Bowl team today but Aaron Rodgers is not on the list.  Charles Woodson, Nick Collins, Clay Matthews, Chad Clifton and for the first time in his career, Greg Jennings is on the squad.  The teams were announced today by the league.   Jennings ranks 2nd in the conference and 5th in the league in receiving yards and his 12 touchdowns matches a career high.  Clifton has made the Pro Bowl for the second time in his career, both after a nearly career ending hip injury in Tampa Bay in 2004.  Matthews becomes only the second player in franchise history to be make the Pro Bowl in each of his first two seasons in the league, equalling the feat of John Brockington in 1971 and '72.   Nick Collins is now a Pro Bowler three times over and the first Packers safety since LeRoy Butler to be named three straight years and for Charles Woodson, the reigning NFL defensive player of the year has been named to his 7th Pro Bowl team.  The last time the Packers had five on the NFC team was after the 2007 season.  As for the Rodgers snub?   He ranks among the top five in the league in passer rating but was edged out in the voting by Drew Brees, Michael Vick's incredible comeback season and Matt Ryan of the NFC leading Atlanta Falcons.  Rodgers is a first alternate along with Tramon Williams who has established a career high with 6 interceptions on the season.  Other Packers alternates include BJ Raji, Donald Driver, Josh Sitton and AJ Hawk.
