The 4 B's of Making Health/Wellness Changes...

It's not always easy to change something you've done over a steady number of  weeks or years overnight! So try theses 4 B's that will help to reduce the stressful side effects of abrupt change.

Be realistic:  Start off making small changes

Be Reasonable: Don't let your eyes eat for you...remember portion sizes (1cup or 1/2 cup servings)

Be flexible: create a complimentary "food to physical activity" relationship

BREAK OUT OF YOUR FOOD "COMFORT ZONE" - Try new foods...maybe from different cultures!

Ease into it...you'll be fine..
