Tone Legs While Sitting at Work!

If you're like me, you're always looking for those EASY little things you can do to have a rockin' body. I just HAD to share this one! You can tone up your lower body while sitting at your desk at work!

Try these toning exercises!

Heel Press
Start on the edge of your chair with your knees bent.
Keeping feet flat, press your heels into the floor
and hold for a few seconds, then release.
Repeat 2 sets of 10. 

Cross Ankle
Sit up straight and cross your right ankle over your left,
pressing the outside edges of your feet together.
Hold for a few seconds, then relax.
Do 2 sets of 10 on each side.
