This is kinda profound, but it is absolutely true. If you can get enough of these, you'll take a GIANT step towards being healthy!
2-Water (start out the day with a 16oz glass before you consume ANYTHING else to rev up the metabolism....then drink continually all day - you should have approx. 100 oz. each day)
3-Rest (experts agree that especially if your goal is weight loss - having a healthy sleep schedule is essential - at least 7 hours a night!)
5-Exercise (20 minutes a day, right?!)
6-Diet (obviously the #1 factor in weight loss!)
