Healthy Nacho's? Is there such thing? Check These Out:

Creating some Nachos for the Football games this weekend?  Try these for a healthy twist.

(I bought all the ingredients, minus the cheese, at Costco)

-Sweet Potato "Tortilla" Chips:

-Broken up pieces of "Veggie Patties"

-Melted Cheese (I used shredded cheese like the kind you'd use on pizza)

-Mango Peach Salsa
